The Reset is a new kind of private, hands-on session drawing from over 20 years of experience — combining Craniosacral Therapy, lesser-known modalities, and Lionel's own discoveries into a unique approach unlike anything you may have tried before.
You lie fully clothed on a treatment table. Sometimes with headphones and carefully chosen music. Always in stillness — while something shifts. Only a light touch of 5 grams or less is used — gentle enough for children, profound enough to shift what has been held for years.
As your nervous system settles, your energy rebalances, and your body resets, something quietly shifts — a deeper sense of lightness, clarity, and inner peace. More at home in your own body, you feel more aligned with yourself. A weight lifts. Energy returns. Life takes a new turn.
Children benefit especially — releasing emotional tension and energy blockages that quietly affect their behavior and development. Sessions for children are shorter — young bodies release tension and rebalance up to three times faster than adults.

Fee: €100 · Introductory rate (regular fee: €130) | 50 min for adults · 40 min for children.

Please come alone, or accompanied only by the child whose session has been booked — there is no waiting room on site.
Please note there are no toilet facilities available.
Sessions are 50 minutes. Please arrive on time — late arrivals cannot be accommodated beyond your scheduled end time.
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 hours' notice — this allows another client to take your slot. Otherwise the full fee applies.
